When BéLashii becomes involved
BéLashii provides clients with an additional point of contact when there is a concern involving a professional operating within the BéLashii Beauty Collective. Whenever appropriate, clients should first give the professional who performed the service an opportunity to address and resolve the concern.
BéLashii may become involved when:
- A client reports that they have been unable to receive a response from their professional.
- A concern remains unresolved after the client and professional have communicated.
- There is a concern involving professional conduct or communication.
- There is a concern involving sanitation, safety, or the shared studio environment.
- A client is uncomfortable addressing a concern directly with the professional.
- BéLashii determines that a concern may affect the Collective, shared studio, other professionals, or client experience within BéLashii.
- Receive and document information from the client.
- Contact the professional regarding the concern.
- Request that the professional communicate with the client.
- Request information regarding how the concern was addressed.
- Help facilitate communication between the client and professional when appropriate.
- Address matters involving the BéLashii studio, shared environment, safety, sanitation, or professional conduct.
- Review whether the situation affects the professional's continued participation within the BéLashii Beauty Collective.
The independent professional remains responsible for the services they personally perform, their service results, communication with their clients, administration of their individual policies, and addressing customer satisfaction.
BéLashii's role is to provide an additional avenue for concerns, facilitate communication when appropriate, and protect the professional standards and client experience expected within the BéLashii Beauty Collective.
