HEALING ON AN ENERGETIC LEVEL
With energetic activation of self love, compassion, and understanding of the darkest realms of yourself that have been shamed, rejected, suppressed, and perversed into overwhelming, consuming, heavy, draining energies you will harmonize with these energies and turn them into your allies.
Once these ‘dark’ energies are moving freely, they ultimately aid in strengthening and refining you, working along side you as they were always there to protect you and at one point,
they did protect you and they want to again.
Healing from my own trauma has empowered me into understanding that the ‘dark’ energies I thought were crippling me were sent to protect me from the evils that formed against me at some point in time.
Once I was no longer in harms way they were still trying to protect me but their power was destroying me, all until I set them free.
How does energy healing work?
Think of me like a magnet and your energy is attracted to me but in order for me to be able to acknowledge it, we first have to align in the same frequency. My energy is potent and does not bend or lower to meet it at is level, so it must change to meet my energy and my energy transmutes it into a more open, positive, appreciative, loving energy but sometimes with some resistance.
It is in this resistance, that you will discover the strength that this energy holds and learn to make amends and find connection, purpose, meaning, and faith in this energy. Once this energy is flowing freely, you now have energy working outside of yourself to protect you and guide you, energy you know is loyal because it is from you.

Using my healing energies paired with hypnotherapy, guided imagery techniques I will guide your heart into opening towards the darkest realms of yourself that have been shamed, rejected, suppressed, and perversed into overwhelming, consuming, heavy, draining energies.
These ‘dark’ energies stagnant in yourself are weakening, deregulating, impulsive, possessive, heavy, perverted, and manipulative.
Once these energies are flowing freely they are full of sourced strength, wisdom, liberation, gratitude, and positivity.

What to expect?
Initial conversation where we will connect while I listen closely to understand where your ‘dark’ energies lie, get a read on the intensity of the effects of these energies and determine their needs.
Activation will be where I work in alignment with your mind, energy, and heart using simple guided imagery techniques and my energy to communicate energetically. This may include, speaking, touching, humming, listening, breathing, and light pressure in some areas. Tones, vibrations, and smells may also be used to coax the stagnant, resistant energies.

Duration: 45 mins
Follow ups will vary as they will be determined per current needs to connect and direct your energies further.

Energy healing is for anyone focused on achieving an overall body, mind, spirit connection and balance. We are indeed energetic beings blessed with a vital life force that run through us. Unfortunately this energy can become stagnant causing stress to the body which can lead to other physical, mental health issues.

Healing is an ongoing process and consistent sessions can provide security, support, and guidance throughout your new journey until you feel comfortable proceeding on your own.
